Great stuff Chip. Model looks fantastic at the end.

Only part i didn't understand is why did you do fillet on whole vornoi model at first when you later Boolean it with box anyway through middle and by that eliminating whole that fillet ?

Hi Lewis,

Here's the reason:

Unfortunately in MoI, you can't select a bunch of closed curves and fillet them all at once. But, you can do this to solids. So by extruding a bunch of closed curves into solids, you can now fillet all the edges at once, then you can pull the closed curves back out of it using boolean.

I hope that answers your question.

Hi Chip, thanks for quick answer.
I've probably not explained my question very well, sorry for that :).
What I mean is why did you fillet all after extrusion was been done (you filleted all at 4 minutes of video) when you later sliced it through middle with boolean (at 5m 2 sec) By that boolean you efectivelly removed all the fillets on top/bottom you did before - right ?

I actually did answer your question though obviously not well enough. The purpose of filleting all was to create radii on the cross-section of the profiles which cannot be done in one operation unless you do it on solids.

The fillets on the top and bottom were just casualties in the process. The goal was to make a simple and s
single step process.
