Really nice work. Especially the attention to edge boundary details.
A couple fun things you might try:
Consider positioning your product on a rough metal grate (with hex holes in it) and a box below the grate which you can use in KeyShot as an area light. Use radioactive green. Set a RIM light of red or blue for contrast
1) Create a long lens (less perspective) shot with the horizon close to the ground. The bottom of the device (because of the coarse texture on the body) will reflect the green nicely.
2) Create a short lens with DOF birdseye (raking perspective) The green may dominate, but you may be able to use metal reflections to add other color to the shot via the RIM.
3) Use curvature and AO in KeyShot to create a weathered material so that it looks beat up -- you may want to see my MoI -> 3DCoat -> KeyShot tute on how to quickly apply proper UV coordinates to the OBJ before importing into KeyShot.
Just some ideas to toss around. Thanks for sharing!
