About the json format :)

there are some converters on line http://codebeautify.org/jsonviewer
alas the xlm resulting can't be reloaded inside Kerkythea (the only one for the moment that I remember that reload xlm file! :)

I believe that with Processing (a free coding program, you can reload json file format with some library installed and save as obj)
but i want find more simple! :)

In any case json format is reloaded by the editSDF itself!

All in realtime on GPU!

@You : "...but seems little codes must be done ?..."

Oh yeah!! A lot of code.
But I totally don't know that programming language and math or OpenGL shaders aren't in my programming kwnoledge :)
(I write business app for android/ios)

It's only funny for me to watch how these guys are able to push out from GPU :)

See you.

I believe that Unity can import json file! ;)
Alas I must reload unity for test that because the new update of Windows 10 invalidate my previous licence!
Relaoded but...
Not trivial for json, xml, so...good luck! :)

@Marco

http://www.mediafire.com/file/0oynrpi11opvkm7/OBJ+and+JSON+Converter+Program+2.0.zip

Features:
* Drag and drop support on executable.
* Easy to use program.
* Converts OBJ to JSON
* Converts (converted)JSON to OBJ

Recommended:
Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Win7

Alas for me during the convert "the Convertor has stopped to work" ... (surelly because I have Windows 10! :(

So a convertor on line (if existing) will be the solution!

Cool Beans!

I am amazed at the realtime nature of these. I have 2 Nvidia cards, I wonder if it uses both?

I really like this one:
https://www.shadertoy.com/view/4sXBRn

You can use your mouse to navigate the window. My display is set at 3440x1440 and it's stunning full screen. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Chipp.

@You : "...I am amazed at the realtime nature of these...."

Yeah...It's amazing how stunning are the visual results of most of the shaders of shadertoy.com!!!

I don'have a dual nvidia card in SLI but a single Gtx 1080 Ti on a very poor FullHD screen
but the results are absolutely amazing!!

I wonder how the performance could be even better with a Gsync QHD or 4K monitor.

i really love this one : https://www.shadertoy.com/view/MscXzn

It has slider to control the effects.

See you.

Hi Pilou and everyone!

While I wait for the very first Moi's V4 beta I play with some nonsense doodles
made with 3D-Coat + Affinity Photo.

See you.

Hi Pilou.

Oh yeah....I already know "the Verve"!
Funny and "funky" painter. Sometimes I play with it and with the Gtx 1080 Ti it's absolutely wonderful!

See you.

Hi everyone!

Any of you remember this ? Bryce 7.1 pro by DAZ.

What a lovely "vintage" software !!! I loved it since I first saw it in action.

It's a great pity that DAZ abandoned that piece of brilliant software some years ago (also with the great Hexagon...)

Yesterday I recovered the old installation package from an old USB HD and I installed again.

What a surprise.....it still works very well on my Win 10 i7-7700k and Gtx 1080 Ti.

What a great piece of vintage software !

And I must say that IMHO David Brinnen was one of the most talented CG artist and youtuber I've seen so far.
A true genius in that particular CG field!

...Just a funny little work...nothing more than the legacy 3D-Coat's skull and a funky terrain (40 min from scratch to final render and retouch with Affinity Photo)

Bryce is rather slow, very slow :( compared to modern software but it's still very good to create "psychedelic" imaginary worlds!

So funny...and (I'm sorry if I repeat again)...so vintage :)

Bye!

Hi everyone!

Some days ago while I was watching a documentary movie about Alexey Bogolyubov (wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexey_Bogolyubov)
I was really impressed by his outstanding talent in the creation of hyper realistic paintings with physically correct global illumination!!

Outstanding talent!!! That is amazing, to say the least. Nothing more to say...

Watching this superior quality paintings and art in general I often wander what, those super talented man and woman from the past,
they could have done if they had our modern CG technologies : Nurbs Cad, 3D modeler, Realtime VFX, Image processing, computing power,...

I really consider these artists, man and woman, our great masters for the modern CG.

Enjoy the beauty :

Bye!

Hi everyone!

David Brinnen and his superb Bryce tutorials is back!

https://youtu.be/UbClsDX8Ckc

https://youtu.be/_XzfuBsG8No

Although Bryce is very slow compared to modern GPU
render engine, it is still unparalleled
for creating artificial landscapes were we
can place any 3D objects created with any
modeler.

Bye!
