I'am trying to offset this surface by 2mm and keep coming up with this result.

Can someone help ?

Surface was made with Network command.

Thank You !

Copy move the Curves

Press Tab, Type rebuild / for refit 20 Points
Sweep 4 curves by 4 curves
Offset 2mm
Seems that works :)

Hi jetblast, the problem is your object is made up of 2 faces and they are not smooth with each other. There is a bit of a sharp crease between them in this area here:

If you use Edit > Separate on them you can then use Offset on them as separate objects like this:

You can see there that there is a gap between the offsets.

The offsets of 2 surfaces only naturally meet up with each other if the starting 2 surfaces are smooth with each other. If they have a crease between them then they have to be extended and intersected to try and make the offsets meet. That is not handled very well by the geometry library that MoI uses and it's also particularly difficult when 2 surfaces are smooth to each other in some areas and not in others like your case here.

So to solve this you'd want to make the curves that you used for the network construction to be smooth to each other so you will make just one smooth surface from the Network rather than separate pieces at sharp areas. The easiest way to do this is with the Rebuild command like Pilou mentions above.
