The Dell unit is basically a over hyped, under powered netbook.

Interest waned on that very quickly after it got into the hands of folks for review.

The eslate does like pretty decent kit I must say.

Hello,

I was thinking of the EP121 as well. It has an i5 CPU, not an Atom like the others. The Asus also packs a Wacom digitizer. I have heard it is best to get the one with 4GB of RAM and the 64GB SSD for the extra couple hundred.

Yeah at newegg anyway the price difference is only $100 between the 2 models, so that's well worth it for double the RAM and double the disk space, particularly when you're talking about otherwise having 32GB disk, that's getting kind of tight.
