I am interested in it as well. However I dont intend to buy mine :) I am very satisfied customer but softwares with tranfarable license value more... ( I used to suck a huge with truespace)

Yes, it is transferrable. To transfer it you need to uninstall it and destroy any backup copies you may have made, then send me an e-mail and tell me your name, your e-mail and the license key number the new owner's name and e-mail and then I can update the license database.
