Hi bisenberger, MoI's FBX export is polygons only, no NURBS are exported to that format.

MoI will export NURBS data to 3DM, IGES, STEP, and SAT formats (the last 2 are new for MoI v2).

Although FBX files do have a provision within them to contain NURBS data, it is just not as commonly used as it is for polygon data. With less common usage comes a lot more chance for bugs and problems, so I'm just not very confident that it is going to work very well for NURBS data translation.

Do you currently use FBX from some other application to transfer NURBS data into 3DS Max?
