Thanks Michael.

I'm also pointing out my excitment with the way it works now.

Here's another with me getting crazy with it but results are results.

I filleted the surface to surface with "1 inch"!!! The original edges surfaces stayed there but the fillet was there under the surface. So I deleted the inner and side surfaces and had 2 fillets floating in mid air. I lofted the edges of the new 1 inch fillet with the large outside body edges and had a new model with a 1 inch fillet. It wouldnt join, seperate/join or boolean union together, so I then deleted just the 1 inch fillet surface and did a blend of the inner and outer surface and got the solid!

I know its convoluted but suffice it to say I could get a 1 inch out of the file. Hurray1

And just one more Cudos for the Gibber here.

I posted a bit back regarding filleting and solidworks and such. I'm excited to see MoI's filleter going "Past" the edges like solidworks.

Your post was that they had "Teams of people" working on their filleter over years....au contraire Mon Fraire...They only wish they had MG working there!!

As with your Mesher, I think they will be left in the dust!

Hi Rudy,

I've taken a slightly different approach to this problem.
Here's my version for you.

Being that you already know that you want a 0.5mm Fillet to the inside edge of your ring...
...I usually add it straight to the Sweep Profiles that I intend using!

Hope this helps, Colin
