Brian, I've previously already responded here to your query. Again, with the current version of VBulletin I have no way to directly set password lengths, as it was removed from an earlier version. I've tried looking for a script but to no avail at this present time.

I regret that I cannot comply with a change for you at this time but I have not stopped looking into the issue.
