Hi all,

If you know any hidden secrets or (semi-)undocumented stuff, you can add them on wiki
http://moi3d.com/wiki/Hidden_Secrets or just mention those features here...

If you want to get the full path for a file where only the filename is showing, you can pause your mouse over top of the name to see a tooltip with the full path in it. This works for the "current" file name displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen, as well as any file names that were shortened in the File menu / recent files list.

One other thing that might be worth mentioning - if you use the keyboard a lot for entering coordinates or values, you can usually just type the value you want in immediately without having to click.

Like for instance if you are drawing a circle and you want to enter a radius of 5, you can just type 5 and hit enter, you don't have to click on the "Radius" entry box first.

When you type in a numeric key, MoI will automatically shift focus to either the first numeric input in the options panel, or if there are none there to the x/y/z control in the bottom panel.

Another example - if you want to enter a bunch of coordinates for a polyline, you can just type them in without clicking on the x/y/z control for each one if you don't want.

(Not really a secret, but a 'Maybe you didn't realize' ;-)...

Run 2 applications of MOI at the same time if you want to work in 2 seperate drawings at once. Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V from one to the other.

Hold down the Alt key while drawing to temporarily disable snaps.

Selection undo: If you make a selection mistake (like click on the wrong object or click in empty space accidentally and lose your selection you have built up), hit undo to restore selection back to its previous state. There is just one of these "selection undos" available so that the undo stack does not get filled up with a ton of selection stuff.
