Just use the "Array" along curve. That can be by lengh/ number of segments. Splitting etc can then be done if required.

Currently, you can perform boolean Isect which can give the same result. The curves are auto projected by extrude to give intersecting surfaces, these are split, so the intersecting edge can be copied/pasted. It is then just a need to delete the un-needed surfaces.

It does work auto on curves created on the default cplanes. If the curves have been rotated etc, then I manually extrude the curves then perform Isect on the extruded surfaces.
I know it is a workaround, but it takes very little time.
