Just wondering if one exists for MoI?
From: Mindset (IGNITER)
Here is an interesting blog that might serve as inspiration:

Hi,
Michael created a couple of years ago a script called "Circumcenter" which creates a point at every triangles circumcenter. If you connect those points (Voronoi Vertices) with edges you can make a Voronoi structure.

Stefan

Thanks. I'll play around and see what I can do.

Wrote this script today. It's based on Ivan Kuckir's Voronoi JS library. (
http://blog.ivank.net/voronoi-diagram-in-javascript.html)
It is not a final version, but it works pretty well.

Cool!
French version :

Don't work with any closed plan lines figure, only a rectangle ?
(Sure I can trim something after the process ;)
Will be cool if you can automatize this :) (or maybe yet exist something for this sort of triming ?
Edit ! Yesssssssssssss the Boolean Inter! :):):)
Select Voronoi Name it, Select Polygon name it
Select Voronoi's lines
Call Boolean Inter
Click Polygon
Et voilĂ !

Very cool.
So was Flow used, along with some explode move script, for the example?

Forget to say. You can select existing points before the script run.
Double click on title -> reset points

It's possible, but it will consume a lot of processor resources. Yes, it will be better to use boolean isect.
Brian
Yes. ( Voronoi + Plane ) -> Boolean merge -> Explode -> Exturde (tapered) -> Flow

Hidden function! :)

Every my script has similar hidden functions :)

<< ( Voronoi + Plane ) -> Boolean merge -> ExplodeMove -> Extrude (tapered) -> Flow
don't work for me ! (in fact yes but I must kill the general bound edges)
( Voronoi + Plane ) -> Trim > Kill Curves -> ExplodeMove -> Extrude (tapered) -> Flow
works!

Voronoi works with 3D points, but the points do not have their z values changed to zero.
They can be projected to the top view.

Dear Max,
i am new here and i am from Germany.
Sorry about my english.
I buyed the programm moi3d because
i was thinking that voronoi is working
.Now i see that i have to install your script.
But i am not a computer freak.
and i dont now how to do it.
And what i have to do?
I think i have to download you zip
voronoi.v.0.6.2015.09.05.zip
but what i have to do after it.
Open the zip ist not working
where did i have to install it.
Please help me because here nobody
makes a simple manuel step by step to
install a scrip.
Thanks Oliver

Hi Daiber,
Unzip the zip file, in a directory other than Program Files (x86), (due to windows 7 copy protections). Copy the _Voronoi.htm and .js files to your moi3 commands folder. The path will be similar to C:\Program Files (x86)\MoI 3.0\commands.
Then, open MoI, and set up a shortcut, under Options / Shortcut keys. Chose a Key, and enter the command as _Voronoi.
