Tnx!

Hi Matadem, one method is by using Fillet. Select the 2 surfaces and use Edit > Join to glue them together so they are connected by a shared edge, hide the original curves and select the joined edge and run Construct > Fillet :

You'd need to have side curves like this if you want to make it out of one sweep or network surface:
When sweep generates a surface, it calculates a profile at each position along the side rail curves. When you have 2 different profiles each touching the rail at the same position it doesn't know which one should be used at that spot, so you can't really set up a sweep in that manner.

I tried it but I cannot get it to fillet...for some reason 1 time at 1mm max.
I tried sweep but it lowers the measurement of the shape and I need to use exact measurment.
attached is the og file.
Let me know what I am doing wrong.
Thank you!

Hi Matadem, which version of MoI are you using to do the fillet?
Filleting has been worked on a lot in the current v5 beta and your file is filleting ok for me in v5. You can get the v5 beta at
https://moi3d.com/beta.htm .
If you don't want to use it for some reason, let me know what radius fillet you want and I can do it for you.
