Hi,
I had installed [elephant](
https://github.com/nkallen/elephant/releases/tag/v0.1-alpha) on MoI 5.0 beta May-20-2022, then load the nod file at hand but an error occurred.
Could the current elephant (v0.1-alpha) not support on MoI 5.0 beta? Is there a way to fix it?
Please advise.

Hi wori, newer versions of the node editor work ok on the v5 beta, I think the one you have there is old.
Try Nodeeditor 1.1 jms from:
https://moi3d.com/forum/index.php?webtag=MOI&msg=9358.1
There are links to some other versions too I think at
https://moi3d.com/wiki/nodeeditor .

Nodeeditor is running well on MoI5beta, the same as on MoI4. (As far as I can tell with a few programs tested.)
(With the version Michael linked to, per my recollection.)

Of course, I had tried nodeeditor1.1, but its update time is 2020/09/14.
Elephant has been released on Mar.2, 2021 (refer to
https://github.com/nkallen/elephant/releases/tag/v0.1-alpha).
And there are special instruction pages on
https://moiscript.weebly.com/biblio-elephant.html.
But is Elephant old?

Hi wori,
re:

That's an experimental version branched off from an older version, don't use that one.
Use Nodeeditor 1.1 jms from:

Nick Kallen was here experimenting a bit. But he stopped and is pursuing his own software, plasticity.
I dont know if that elephant version has any “benefit or addition” to elephant? Nothing ever developed in it?
James version is the newest and most Robust. Max’s version was the base project and release.
Unless Max returns and pursues Elephant again, should probably highlight James’ version as what to move forward with…..
2 cents.

Thank you for all, I understood to use 1.1 jms.
I think it has the potential to be one of the killer features of MoI, so hope to continue to develop it.
