Hello Pilou,
<
>
I try always to show how to solve a special problem, with only a few nodes, if there isn't a script available.
The nodeeditor is a programming interface by avoiding programming - for no coders.
The node editor thus authorizes non-programmers to solve their own problems.
Most of the posted stuff demonstrates only what is possible, but solves problems only for a very small group of persons, typically for the person who made it. Most of the time the nodeeditor solves the problems of a boring rainy sunday - solves problems, that we don't really have. But it's fun.
Avoiding math while using it, seems difficult for me.
But it's only my special point of view.
Have a nice day
Karsten

Hi Santa,
I have tried to create a node that takes an input from a widget knob and and outputs until a condition is met then stops.
ie: Knob 0 to 100; if condition met at say 40 and I turn the knob further the output would remain at 40.
So HELP please I'd like idea's for Xmas.

Hi Barry
I am not able to create a new node, therefore, using " what
passes the Convent " I managed to do this:

Surely not just what you are looking for, but I hope you can
find some ideas to reach your goal
Have a nice evening
Cheers

Hi Pilou!
"Array Logger" is an old node I have written many months ago.
If I remember well it takes a "PointArray" in input and writes into its UI the value of each array element.
Very useful for debugging purposes.

.....final notes about "ArrayLogger"...
An example :
And this is the captured output (simply select the ArrayLogger node and select all the text shown into the NE's Info area)
Ciao!

Ok Thx!
So here the French version of all nodes extentions! :)
For Max and all nodes lovers! :D

Hi Ralf,
Ref: -180><180 macro...
the Data node and output node are macro blocked what does that mean ?
Merry Xmas.
Barry
From: r2d3
Its a macro...
Import it as macro..
Right MouseClick -> Macro -> import choose the -180><180.nod
Or just delete the in and outputs and use it as a normal nod..
From: Barry-H
Thanks Ralf,
got it now.
Ref: your memory node, have you developed it anymore as I am still trying to get round the feedback issue.
I have pinged Max about it but no response yet so any help would be great.
Merry Xmas and again thanks.

Hi Barry,
no, i didn't work on the memory node anymore... it goes over the end of my knowledge about the system and javascript..
Somehow it works until you add a second one - than they mix up...
But also for you Happy Xmas and happy nodeling
