Seems the more tricky will be made a video from one image and then take some images of this video ?
but in free you have generally only 5-6 seconds!
Kling is the more fun for this...

And sorry i have forgotten my favorite free Vizcom!

With it you take just one image and with the function Mix (2 images minimum)
so make a dupplicate and put any % 10 to 100% to each one! (0% to each make anythings)
Absolutly miraculous!
