I only really use MOI to export .fbx from .stp models so dont have much CAD knowledge...on this model, the fillet of one edge doesnt continue down like the other side. Is there any way in MOI to either continue that fillet down or "undo" the fillet above to refillet the whole edge?
If I select the missing filleted edges and try the fillet command, I can only get a fillet at around 3.75mm which is too large?
Any ideas?

It's hard to give advice without being able to examine the geometry.
But if you want to remove a fillet there is a new tool in the v5 beta using shift+delete.

Hi ironsightdesign, also you may need to select more edges for the fillet, it won't want to stop in this spot since that would open up a hole:
