Full Version: Floating Point Issue from LWO

I think we wound couse of that!

The Pivot Point of exported object into LWO format is wrong....
It is shifted by big numeric number from orginal Gizmo 0.0.0

Pivot Tool can reset it but looks like issue is on the MoI side during exporting to LWO.

Hi Yanus3D, does it happen with exporting any object out from MOI like a box, or is it a problem with a specific file?

If with a specific file can you please post the .3dm file or e-mail it to me at moi@moi3d.com so I can examine the generated LWO ?

For the pivot point, MOI does not have a per-object pivot point like animation programs have, it places the pivot point for a LWO mesh layer at the center of its bounding box.

Looks like the problem is with "Scale output units to meters" is set under Options dialog > Import/Export > LWO options.

The pivot point isn't getting the conversion to meters applied to it?
