Hi halmi, yes it is possible to set that up in MOI.

You will need to use the "Make copies" checkbox in the Transform > Rotate command to make a 180 degree rotated copy.

After you have finished the rotate do not move the new rotated version by itself. You need to only modify the original object and not the cloned one.

Then select the new rotated copy and use Edit > History > "Enable update" so the copy will get updated when the original is edited. This is turned on by default for the result of Mirror, for other commands it's off by default so you need to turn it on.

Then for positioning, move the original object and you can turn on points and edit those on the original also.
