Hello guys,

I made a model in Moi and then imported it in Onshape to make technical drawings. However, it seems Onshape says the model is faulty!

model is imported as stp.

if u know how can I solve this please let me know (also if u know alternative ways of making technical drawings I would be happy to know about them, freecad?)

Also @Michael is it possible to have number of views exported as pdf (like selecting number of views for being exported as pdf) -I know it is possible to export pdf but is it possible to export multiple views at once?

Never problem with STP! :)

Maybe post your file for tests!
Or send it to Michael if you want some secrets!

I can import it in Onshape, but when I want to make technical drawings I face problem!

Exporting multiple views on one page is not yet supported as a built in function but you can use the plug-in here:
http://moi3d.com/forum/index.php?webtag=MOI&msg=8041.1

That will generate a hidden line drawing with 4 views, and place the curves in the Top view and you can then export that to PDF.

Hi Psygorn, here's an example generated with Make2D4Views in MoI and then exported to PDF.

I upload inside Moi then export as STP
Import as multiple objects inside OnShape
and have that... top_part is the name of the entiere object!
