Hi Riko - can you please attach the 3DM model file with your spoon object in it so I can take a look at the actual geometry instead of only a screenshot?

It sounds like you have constructed the spoon ok but now want to fillet the outer edges and that's not working?

What fillet radius are you trying to use? It looks like your finished spoon has a pretty small thickness to it - that's also going to limit the fillet radius to be very small as well.

Also how did you build the connection part between the handle and the bowl area, if that connection is not smooth to both surfaces it could cause some difficulty in filleting - if it is not smooth but comes to a kind of shallow angle like only 5 or 10 degrees off or something that tends to make difficulty in filleting because it will try to build in some tiny corner patch areas when filleting areas that are not smooth to one another.

I can try to give you some better information if you can post the 3DM model file though.
