That was with a fillet radius of 0.8 . There isn't enough room there to build a fillet very much larger than that, are you possibly trying to use a radius of 1.0 or larger? If so then that is the problem.

Often times it is surprising how much space a fillet takes up, it is fairly easy for it not to fit. So sometimes when you are having problems you might try using a smaller and smaller radius to see if that gives any results.


There are actually a lot of other situations where fillets can fail as well though, especially in cases where there are many edges coming together at a corner.
