Thanks to David the full set of written documentation is now available in Spanish.

You can also update your current installed version of MoI to have a Spanish help file, by downloading this Spanish language pack:
http://moi3d.com/1.0/docs/Spanish_language_pack.zip

To install that, unzip it and copy the files into the \docs subfolder under MoI's main installation folder. That will enable bringing up the Spanish help file when you click the Help button or push F1 inside of MoI when you have the UI language set to Spanish.
