Hi Momso. In Rhino 4, you can use the SurfaceCreasing plugin to create single surface versions of all those primitives in your screenshot. The surface creasing works on all surface creation tools (extrude, loft, sweep, etc). And you can turn on the control points for a creased surface... The difference is that in Moi, a box is represented by 6 sides. In Rhino, a creased surface box is just one surface, which has a toplogy similar to that of a sphere (see my attached image)...
