I haven't done any modelling before as all the packages I have tried require a heavy learning curve and to be honest I'm learning everything else too at the moment so I kind of put it on the back burner.

But I have given MOI a go and I hace mad a glass, a spiral, and a cocktailstick with two spheres on - and then I headed back to the territory I am comfortable in and had them textured lit and rendered.

For a first effort I am pleased with this. I'll keep you posted on further efforts.

The shot you have here is a preview render and I will be adding my completed image with full on sharpness to my own galleries when its finished.
