MoI gibt es nicht als Boxed Version und mir ist auch nicht bekannt dass so etwas geplant ist. MoI lässt sich ohne Probleme auch aus Deutschland Online bestellen. Plimus bietet ja unter anderem die Bezahlung per PayPal, Kredikarte und Auslandsüberweisung.
