Otsuki projection

The plotting function, and the two demo equations, come from:
https://www.emis.de/journals/ASUO/mathematics/pdf25/4f.pdf

These are said to be projections from E4 to E3, of Otsuki type surfaces.
One curve is created by each sample node, which can be revolved about the x-axis.
The first node creates a curve which is not quite elliptical.
The second node creates a curve which makes a solid bowl after revolve.
(not too exciting)

There are 3 more demo's to plot...
