Hello, I'm currently learning animation and modeling using Autodesk Maya.
I love what I do, but I also used CAD softwares a lot, including SolidWorks, but those profesionnal software are really heavy, expensive and slow,
MoI 3D looks like the perfect NURBS modeler.
I'd like to know if there's an educational licence, less expensive, as I won't use it for any commercial reasons, also not for school, it's purely for fun (it's already cheap, but i don't wanna miss any free or cheap licence :p)
If it doesn't exist, don't be rude, just tell me, i'll buy one.

Hi IGUAS, yes there is an educational discount version available from Studica at Pilou's link above.

There is no restriction on the type of work that you can do with the educational discount version, you can use it for commercial work.
