will it be possible to export the Drawings with dimensions to PDF oder DXF files?
Then i can replace my current 2D CAD programm.
I really love the way of moi's smart snapping. I use moi for a lot of vector drawing.
It would be very nice if i could make multiple views and dimension them in MOI and export them
as PDF or DXF. Then i would make myself a Sheet-Layout und some special symbols for
welding, tolerances and so.. and can make professional drawings with moi for printing.

if dimenstions are exportet, how big will they be? Because the dim-text changes with the zoom.
Maybe it would be nice to set a fixed size.

Im really looking forward to the release of V4.

Hi BlackBird, yes both of those (export dimensions to DXF/PDF/AI formats and an option for model sized text instead of constant screen sized text) are the main remaining areas left for me to do to finish up v4.

I don't expect that MoI in v4 will be a full replacement for producing full detail 2D drawings, there are still various things like line styles and hatching that will not be implemented in v4.

But it should be useful if you want to quickly make simple drawings with some dimensions on them.
