Any chance you can take a look at optimising the ai export? Images shows all the points you get when exporting an extruded cylinder. drawing below shows same image but drawn in illlustrator, a point on each major and minor axis. (image is a screenshot of ai file),

This would make huge difference in illustration quality and realistic adoption in tech doc areas.

FYI a program called Isodraw (now owned by PTC) can do this so it is possible but maybe that's the hard bit and why they could charge 7,000 dollars per licence!

Hi Matt, I have this on my main list and I've done a few exploratory stabs at it but I don't think it's going to be able to fit in the v4 timeframe. I'd like to do a round of AI tuneups including this next year though.
