Thanks. The texture is actually from an artist on Kerkythea's web site. A lot of nice pre-made libraries.

Maybe you can boolean DIFF the text a little and give it a golden texture?

It is. I'll see if I can give it a gold leaf appearance. That might be cool. I was just trying to capture the actual look of my favorite sketching pencil.

I'll work on some optional renderings later, but thanks for the input!
