I haven't been following the V.4 progress like I probably should have, so my question, I would imagine that there will be new tools, is there a list of those available? Thank you!

Hi Mike, the main new tools for the next v4 beta are annotations like dimensions.

There will also be a new "Detailed object properties" dialog which will have stuff like getting the length of a curve and the surface area or volume of a solid.
