Is t here anyway to get MoI to sweep the attached into the shape illustrated?

Hi Don,
The rail is in 3 pieces, and two ovelap.
Trim helps, then join.
Then rebuild helps restore uniformity to the rail, before the sweep.

The transition of the sweep at the thicker areas still look a little off, but not too bad.

Hi Don, yes the sweep command in Moi can do that. However, you will need to prepare your curves a bit more before doing the sweep. Your path curve is currently in multiple individual separate curves and sweep will be expecting for the path to be just one single curve. So you would need to use the Edit > Join command to glue those curves together into a single connected piece before using it in Sweep.

Additionally a couple of your pieces don't quite touch each other end to end so that also needs to be adjusted a bit.
