Hi Keith, I made a quick try like this:

Variable radius fillet:
The way you do variable radius fillet in MoI is select all edges that will be involved in the filleting, then set the main radius, put in the radius that will be used for most pieces. Then to specify additional radii expand the "Fillet set" control inside the fillet's command options, then click "New point set" and pick some points where you want a different radius value. So for example above I picked 2 points one on each end. Then you'll be back to inputting a radius value but now it's a second radius value for this new point set and when I put in a smaller value that produces the variable radius fillet above.
You can also click on the "Current set:" label which is showing what set the current radius value will be applied to. When you do that a menu will pop up and you can switch the active point set or switch back to the main radius value, or delete a point set.
