is there a way to set a toggle shortcut for the Rotate with Copy action, as opposed to clicking the check box?
I know it is a small thing but I am betting there is an api call somewhere.

Hi Mark, holding down the Ctrl key when you do the last point pick will do the same thing as checking the "Make copies" checkbox.
