is there any way (or plugin) that will allow me to show dimensions, like "dimensions" plugin.
But when I modify the part (extrude a side for example) the dimensions will change as well displaying the new correct value?

Hi Mr. Yuri, sorry no I am not aware of any plug-in that would do that, it would be an extremely complex task to implement in a plugin.

If you want to edit a sketch by dimensions check out SolveSpace, it is heavily focused on constraint based sketching and you should be able to export your sketches to IGES format if I remember right.
