This is the Printfellow H211, a famous personal printer used by numerous pionners between 2143 and 2157 on lots of planets. The printer follows the colonist while he explores the environment and provides different tools and objects on demand.

Modeling with Blender and MOI 3D, texturing with Substance Painter !
