Hi pauland, I think it's from some new security mechanism in Mojave that is probably overly sensitive and needs to be tuned up by Apple.
Does it come up all the time or does it go away once you give it one ok?
The next MoI v4 release may avoid triggering that message, v4 has been largely rewritten with simplifying the Mac version as a major goal. V4 is now a native compiled Mac program while v3.2 uses this pretty complex system called Wineskin. It might be something in Wineskin that triggers it, I don't know for sure.
There are a lot fewer layers of stuff in v4 and hopefully that will make it more resilient to changes in the operating system.
