Hi Lish - for now you have to draw a line, snap one point to the end of the edge, and snap the second point to the center of that edge which is an arc curve.
Before you click the second point for the line, look at the distance readout in the bottom toolbar - that's the one labeled "d" that is under the x,y,z point location.
That will tell you the radius of that arc.
I expect to add a bunch of measurement and other types of analysis tools for version 2.0 .
