I use MoI v3 and the latest beta of v4.

One thing that bothers me always is that when you open MoI the scene browser is always collapsed. I'd prefer the browser to be in the same state (collapsed or expanded) that it was in the last session. Is there a way to make the scene browser behave that way?

Michael, if it's not possible, maybe you want to add a certain setting to v4?

Hi 3image, sorry no there currently isn't any way to set the initial browser state at program start up.

That is something I want to add in the future but I'm not sure that it will work as a global setting because later on there will be additional internal collapsable and expandable things like folders and groups that will be associated with a file. So probably the expand/collapse states will need to be saved to a file and restored from a file. I'll know more when I'm able to work on folders and groups which isn't likely to be in the v4 time frame though.

One thing that I can do for this for v4 though is to add script access to the scene browser items. Then it should be possible to set up a startup script for v4 that expands them.
