Hello everyone,

I just finished modeling a rover with MOI3D that I exported to 3DCOAT, it works great, 3DCOAT's automatic unwrap works great with it.

I chose the fbx format for export.

Modeling MOI3D
Unwrap/texture: 3D COAT
Rendering/compositing : Blender Cycles

Hey Jonathan,

how hard or complicated is it to go from 3d coat to blender? a no-brainer or a thousand settings?

tnx
wim

Hey Wimverbe,

It's very simple from the textured model of the export in blender, I use in blender the node principled to assemble the textures.

I hope I have answered your answer well. ;)

I am bad in English so I use Google translate (French).

Jonathan,

Jonathan

Hi
Why don't you render directly in 3D COAT ?
