I need advice how to do EDIT/JOIN option properly. I made cube, then I BOOLEAN/DIFF with circle through it and now I have cube with hole in left lower corner and my cube have 2 parts when I try to move it. How to adjoin these 2 parts???

Just from the description it is hard to guess what you might be running into, but with a model file it will be easier for me to load it and see what is happening.

save your files as 3dm (format of Moi) and you can post it here (press attachments)
compress it before if it's more than 300 kb
For have a jpg of your screen of Moi press on your keyboard the key "Print Screen"
And past the result in your favorite 2D prog
Save it as JPG and you will can attach it here
