True I know it's broke. That's why I need to make a new part.The tilt error due to being broke is minimal. It still remains sides are parallel and cylinder is on angle of 6.43 deg with respect to base . The tilt is required for motor down thrust

Hi Marv, so you need it tilted with parallel sides but is the top face of the cylinder supposed to be parallel to the main x/y plane?

You could create a regular vertical cylinder that's extended a bit, use Transform > Rotate to rotate it by 6.43 degrees and then draw in lines in a side view and cut the cylinder with those lines using boolean difference.

Or you could directly create a slanted cylinder from a base circle and slanted line by selecting the circle, running Extrude and then click the "Set path" button and then click the line. That will produce a different shape than a regular cylinder though, it will have an elliptical cross section through a plane normal to the line.
