Norton wont let me download Moi

Why does norton think MOI trial is a dangerous file. I cant make it accept the file - it just deletes with no option to open.

Hi Zymon, it's called a "false positive" when an Anti-Virus program makes a mistake in detecting whether a file is dangerous or not.

There should be some option to overrule the default behavior and allow it though.

What happens if you use the "no save" trial version a little lower down on the downloads page, does that one work ok?

I use Norton ... this happens to me a lot. Michael mentioned setting an exception but I have found Norton will make the exception and still delete the file.

If you right click the Norton icon in the System tray, choose Disable Auto Protect and download the file. Be sure to right click the icon again and enable it. Not the best solution, but it works.
