I use 123d for the start from fillets.

Autodesk 123d Design is still running at time, maybe in future I need Fusion 360 or Tinkercad, but I have also the old "Autodesk_123D_2012Beta8" and is runs good but slow.

As a companion tool alongside MoI for filleting I can recommend ViaCAD (not expensive, like MoI) and OnShape (free, online).

Are Fillets in ViaCAD are good, but I think in 123d they are incredible good, they use the same engine for fillets like Inventor.
