Hi All,

Just simple question in regards to MOI handling Corner fillet radius - if you take a square 50x50mm outline and apply a 25mm radius it fails unless you go under 24.99 is OK why is this the case with fillets when in RHINO a full 25mm radius fillet can be applied only leaving the one shared control point?

Just wondering if its a scale tolerance issue

Hi Alex, well the filleting process is a complex set of many different operations - different programs handle some of the particular steps differently than others and so that's not unusual that special cases might be different in different programs. The geometry library that MoI currently uses for filleting doesn't deal well with cases where faces are completely consumed.
