Hi albehany, can you please post the .3dm model file of your current shape there so I can use it as a starting point?

Hi albehany, there are likely to be other ways but my first thought was along the same lines that PaQ showed with building a full shape then cutting it in half rather than trying to build the half by itself. It tends to be easier to get better surface quality when you're able to use a simpler layout for the surface construction. The more you try to force a surface to go directly along an oddly shaped or cramped boundary the more likely it is that you'll get wrinkles and bumps in things as various shapes try to come together and fight with each other.
