This Spiro, yes.

I have read a comment, that MOI Mastermind Michael had plans about
implementing Spiro into MOI (wow) but that it was not possible to get
it licensed, unfortunately.

Nice illustration, Pilou !

Importing works great. but changing the shape of an imported curve smoothly
is not easy due to the hig point density - and reducing the point number with
rebuild will change the curve shape in parts with a small radius.

There is a Clothoid2ptSlider script here:

There are a few EulerSpiral scripts as well.

But rebuild should be done...

Maybe I have overseen a function / scripts in MOI offering a similar functionality
as the "Power Stroke" in Inkscape - if there is some I´ll be glad to hear from.

Very smart!

In Moi you can make that...sure that is not calligraphy here...but if you have cool curves at the beginning...
(even here with 7 points you can make infinity of result and as you can add points...:)
and with no intimidating UI! ;)

some lines...can be a cool challenge with only 7 points!

Take also a look to this from Max Smirnov! ;)

Pilou have you tried the Power Stroke in Inkscape ? As with Spiro it makes it
very easy to achieve long smooth changes in a curve with just a couple of points
and a great option of closing the ends with rounded caps.

Fat line is great but you cant achive changes in width as easily and smoothly as
with Power Stroke. But I am ging through all possibilities in MOI as I would
prefer to stay within MOI than to move between INK and MOI.

Big thanks to your contributiona by the way !

No sorry on my old days Inskape is a too complex program for me!
I use it only as a go between programs for transfert and files formats!
