Hi Forum Folks

Does anyone know of a tree library that will work with MoI? Or maybe even Rhino?

Another question ... I built a house model with MoI and then loaded it into Rhino so I can use Octane for Rhino for rendering. Some of the materials (plank siding) read as vertical on some of the house walls and some as horizontal. Does anyone know how I might correct that? Note that all the exterior surfaces are one entity.

These aren't exactly MoI questions but this is the best forum I know of anywhere.

Waiting for Beta 4 ... patiently (sort of).

cheers,
eric

No sure that is a good method to input Trees inside Moi...(leaves are generally killing the memories! :)
It's better to blend 3D models from Moi (or other) + trees in an obj render
a cool free one is SimLab Composer Lite (max 1920 * 1080)

Wow!
That was a fast reply.
I do have SimLab Composer Pro. I have not problem bringing a MoI .obj file into it but I don't yet know how to add another .obj file into it.
Thankyou
eric

Hi Frenchy Pilou

It turned out to be simple.
Thank you for the suggestion.
It turns out that SimLab is an effective and quick way to get a presentable rendering.
I still have much to learn though to get the most out of it.
cheers,
eric

<< but I don't yet know how to add another .obj file into it.

Just "import" another 3D file(s) of any nature(s) of format(s)!
and this any times you want! :)

Just carreful of the position of Import as there are from position to origine!
But not really a problem as you can Move Rotate Size etc... them as you want!

A very very funny easy program and free with some few limitations ;)

In French : site and Prog! ;)
