Hi Involute, I tested it with a fillet of 0.05 units and it's working fine for me over here, 3DM file is attached. You do have to make sure to select the entire sequence of edges though, there are also 3 edges in these areas:



0.05 is about all that will fit, much larger and it will run out of room here:
